Texas trip!

So my trip to Texas is coming up soon. Actually this Saturday about 2-3 am in the morning. I'm really excited about this trip. We are going to drive aaaall the way to San Antonio and then see some places (I'm not actually sure what we are going to see).

I think that we are going to go to Sea World which is a aquarium and water park I think? I just know that while we're there we are going to pet some dolphins! :) Super excited about that.
And I also think that we are going to a big shopping district (again, not completely sure 'bout that)

So this was just a little update. I'm going to school tomorrow and then I'll pack the last stuff for our trip.

3 days vacation?

Not really but at the same time yes. This week and the next I'm having Tuesday-Thursday off school. It's been amaaaazing so far, you can sleep in and (almost) do anything you want to!

I chose to try and sketch outside. I had no inspiration though and it was so windy that the paper was practically flying around in my hand... Well, I tried right? :)

Today I went swimming! It should have been me, Alex, Meghan, Meghan's brother Brandyn and Aaron but there was some miscalculations, groundings and such so it ended up being me, Alex and Brandyn who drove us there. We went to what they call rec-center and it looked very much like a danish svømmehal except that it was smaller. We had fun for a long time and then Brandyn took us to a burger place next to a gas station... I'm not even gonna tell you about it here. All I have to say is look in "Maden" and you will know what I mean :P

Tomorrow is going to be uneventful I think, apart from karate of course. The tournament in Las Vegas is coming up and I'm getting really excited. Everything is clashing together here in March and April; Texas trip, Las Vegas tournament, Art show on April 12th and then PROM April 13th!! I have so much to doooo! How can the Americans even deal with all of this?!?

*sigh* Oh well. I've downloaded a photoshop trial on my computer so that should be fun. I really want to buy the full edition though, it's also much cheaper over here (even though it's still about $200, but hey I said cheaper not cheap).

Update again!

Not much have happened since last time. School is good, I have 2 B's and 5 A's so that's good :)
We (the independent art class) are making an art show at the school soon, April 12th actually.

This flyer is actually made by me :) I volunteered to make the flyer and I think it came out great :) 

The independent art student are automatically enrolled in a club called NAHS - National Arts and Honor Society - and you will probably hear that acronym more on my updates, just thought I'd let you know ^^

For the art show NAHS can dress up as the theme. I'm excited because that means I can buy a kimono or even make one! Of course it would be expensive to buy a real one, so I'm gonna find a cheap one ;)

Today I went to a girl scouts event and made "danish princess crowns" for the small children. It was kind of fun, even though I hadn't planned on going (I was apparently a volunteer for it, according to our organisation). 

And prom is coming up soon! April 13th right after the art show! Cathy tried to play match maker and find a prom date for me, but I don't know... I'll probably go with friends anyway xP
